inconsistent service quality.
unstocked minibar late towels
I thought the service was quite spotty. Sometimes it reminded me of a true five-star experience, but other times, not so much. for example, the minibar wasn't always restocked daily. also, i requested extra towels one evening and they didn't arrive until the next morning, a bit inconvenient.

the hotel is beautiful! all staff were helpful. our room was very spacious.
I found ringing the bell to enter annoying. it doesn't feel like a five-star experience. the bottled water policy disappointed me. I had to pay for replacements daily. also, no smart tv was available in the room.

fine suite beautiful fresco lovely staff
the suite was fine with a jacuzzi and a turkish steamroom. a beautiful ceiling fresco decorated the bedroom. i was like royalty due to the lovely staff and concierge.
i found that ringing the bell every time to enter the hotel was a bit tedious.
